YIANNIS YIANNAKIDES (1965 - )

Born in Bellapais, Kyrenia, Cyprus 

He developed a passion for painting as young boy from his father, an amateur painter.

He Studied Art under Aristides Anastasiades at the Deaf  School and painter Andreas Charalambous. He the received The Archibishop Makarios III Scholarship to study Art for the next six years at the Academy of Arts in Athens under Artists Testis, Valanides, Xynopoulos and Yiannides. 

He returned to Cyprus in 1989 and is currently an Arts teacher.
