Pasta Dinner:

Pasta provides the complex carbohydrates distance runners need to keep their energy levels up so that late in the race, their bodies have the resources to keep them going without having to switch to other forms of nutrition for their muscles. The delicious pre-marathon carbo-loading party is traditionally a huge success. Tickets are available for this event and should be pre booked on the Entry Form at a cost of € 15.00. The Pasta Dinner is held at Golden Arches Hotel for participants, family and friends on Saturday 20th November 2010 at 19:00 hours.

On-site performances:

A unique atmosphere will be created prior to, during and after the race by a band who will perform for athletes and spectators alike. Enjoy Traditional Cypriot and Greek dancing after the race and make the effort to join in. The event will also incorporate a number of activities which will make it a fun event for all the family.
